Week 1:

For the first 7 days of the program, we’ll be preparing our minds and kitchens to go vegan. So we won’t be eating vegan yet!

  • Join our online community and meet the women on this journey with you

  • Download the guide, with meal plans, recipes, and more

  • Learn how to mentally prep to go vegan

  • Learn how to build your vegan pantry

  • Go grocery shopping with our done-for-you list

  • Take our free online fitness classes

Week 2:

It’s time to start cooking! Our complete meal plan, delicious vegan recipes, and shopping list will make your first vegan week a breeze. Plus, our cooking instructors walk you through some of our tasty recipes and answer your questions live.

  • Cook and eat vegan with our meal plan and recipes

  • Join cook-alongs with our renowned food instructors

  • Get expert vegan guidance from our founder, Tracye

  • Share with the women in the program

  • Get advice and support from the 10MBVW team

  • Take our free online fitness classes

Week 2:

It’s time to start cooking! Our complete meal plan, delicious vegan recipes, and shopping list will make your first vegan week a breeze. Plus, our cooking instructors walk you through some of our tasty recipes and answer your questions live.

  • Cook and eat vegan with our meal plan and recipes

  • Join cook-alongs with our renowned food instructors

  • Share with your sistas in the program during your first week of eating vegan together

Week 3:

You’re finding your groove as you continue to whip up amazing vegan dishes, stay active with our free fitness classes, and dive deeper into the science behind a whole-food plant-based lifestyle. We’ll wrap up the week with a celebration of your transformation during the past 21 days!

  • Learn how to read food labels

  • Learn about Black women’s health from prominent leaders

  • Join cook-alongs with our renowned food instructors

  • Continue sharing with the other women in the program during your second week of eating vegan together

  • Use what you learned to create a long-term plan for optimal health

  • Recap the entire program and celebrate your wins!

The root cause is systemic white supremacy, which affects all aspects of our lives, including food and nutrition. And while we work to change this system, we also have the power to take back control of our health—right now.

Studies show that Black vegans and vegetarians have nearly half the rates of cholesterol, hypertension, and unhealthy weight than Black omnivores. Eating whole plant-based foods is the foundation to living a longer, healthier life.
